Initial Assessment Appointment (1 hour)
Service Description
An initial assessment appointment is the first step of your journey with ENA Behaviour Consultancy. This appointment will be used to gather in-depth information about your young person so we can begin developing an understanding of how we can support them. This session will also be used to gather your goals and to share information about how we work at ENA.
Cancellation Policy
+ Sessions need to be booked through the website or via the Spaces App. This means that parent/carers need to sign up to become a member of the app or website in order to make bookings. If for any reason a parent does not wish to create an account, please let your clinician know so that bookings can be made in sessions. + Bookings can be made up to 48 hours before a session time. This is to allow flexibility to parents. However we recommend that sessions are booked in advance to ensure that sessions are consistent and at a suitable time for you as often appointments can get booked up quickly. + We also recommend that sessions are set up regularly (either weekly or bimonthly) to ensure that strategies are being used consistently and data is regularly collected. Data is an important part of the work to make sure thats the strategies being suggested by ENA are effective. + If a session is cancelled within 24 hours without reason then you will be charged for a session. However, we will try our best to reschedule the appointment if this is possible. Please contact me by email if you need to cancel or reschedule the appointment within 24 hours.
